Miras College provides an appropriate level of organization and conduct of professional practices, industrial training for students in training and production workshops, laboratories, and in places provided by employers on the basis of agreements to develop competencies during practical training and industrial training. The organization and conduct of professional practice of students in all specialties is regulated in accordance with the following regulatory documents:
- The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Education" No. 319 of July 27, 2007 (the Law "On Education" as amended on December 4, 2015);
- The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Social Partnership in the Republic of Kazakhstan” (as amended on May 13, 2016, order No. 292);
- Order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 29, 2016 No. 107 “On approval of the Rules for the organization and conduct of professional practice and the rules for determining organizations as bases of practice”;
- Order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 28, 2016 No. 93 “On approval of the forms of a standard contract for the provision of educational services and a standard contract for professional practice”;
- Order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 18, 2008 No. 125 “On the Approval of the Model Rules for Conducting Monitoring of Academic Performance, Interim and Final Certification of Students”;
- College regulations on professional practice.
Practice programs have been developed for each specialty. In order to organize practices in all specialties, preliminary agreements have been concluded with enterprises, organizations and institutions. All practice bases are equipped with the necessary equipment, materials, literature, which make it possible to practically apply the theoretical knowledge received by students, to continue the formation of skills, competencies.
To improve professional competencies, the college’s own material and technical base for internships is expanding every year and the list of enterprises — the bases of practices — is expanding. College enters into long-term agreements with practice bases
Leading specialists of partner enterprises take part in the training process as practice managers, conduct practical training in production, are part of the commissions for the defense of diploma projects, by chairmen and members of qualification commissions
The college has training and production workshops and laboratories for practical training in the field. To date, the college has concluded agreements with enterprises - social partners.
Thus, leaving the walls of the college, our graduates, along with theoretical knowledge, gain practical skills that they need in their future work. Indicators of employment of graduates are one of the main criteria for the quality of training. The college pays special attention to monitoring the annual employment of graduates and maintains feedback with the labor market, which allows monitoring the compliance of strategic plans with the real demand of the labor market. Work on the organization of control over the employment of graduates is carried out in collaboration with employers, curators of groups. Every year before graduation, a meeting of college graduates is held with social partners and employers, the "Employment Center by representatives of universities in Shymkent. On a regular basis, the college conducts questionnaires on the satisfaction of students, graduates, and employers with the quality of education, and also systematically analyzes the employment of graduates.
The employment rates of college graduates indicate the demand for specialists. The employment rate is 74.1 - 97.5%. According to statistics for the last 5 years, the average rate for graduate employment in the college as a whole was 85%.

Center Personnel Miras
Miras College organized its own project, namely the Youth Personnel Center “Miras Cadres”, the purpose of which is to employ students and college graduates. The work of the personnel center is carried out in accordance with the Regulation on the employment of graduates, approved by the director of the college.
The career service promotes the employment of graduates, analyzes the needs of the labor market for college graduates, organizes informational and advisory support for college graduates on employment issues, maintains relations with the Chamber of Entrepreneurs, the Employment Center. In order to popularize and support the college’s positive image: it strengthens the college’s mutually beneficial ties with employer enterprises, conducts college image and entertainment events involving schoolchildren, graduates, veterans, and participates in job fairs organized in the city.
The purpose of the career center is the employment of college graduates in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The main objectives of the career center are:
- Organization of meetings and interviews of college students with representatives and leaders of city organizations with a view to employing graduates;
- Maintaining an up-to-date database of vacancies on youth employment and employment; - organization and conduct of interviews with students on employment issues;
- Organization of student employment in the summer.
In the youth personnel center “Cadres Miras” they will always help:
