RUKHANI ZHANGYRU
As you know, this year Kazakhstan began to implement the Third Modernization of the country. Its main goal is to become one of the 30 leading countries of the world based on the implementation of the nation’s plan.
Before that, our country created an independent state and carried out the first modernization. Then it adopted Strategy-2030 and built the capital, Kazakhstan entered the top 5 developed countries - these are the results of the Second Modernization.
I have brought all this to demonstrate the continuity and interconnection of state policy aimed at a systematic and consistent evolutionary development of Kazakhstan.
Today, within the framework of the Third Modernization of the country, three processes are being perfected: political reform, the creation of a new model of economic growth and the modernization of public consciousness.
Kazakhstan has developed a strategy that knows many other meanings for understanding the traditional spiritual values of the Kazakh people and the country's history. This strategy is aimed at the implementation of the Message of the Head of State N. Nazarbayev to the people of Kazakhstan “Bolashaka Badar: Ruhani Zhangyru. A look into the future: the modernization of public consciousness. "
The main goal of this article is based on the interaction of the state and the complete spiritual modernization of civil society.
The program "Rukhani zhangyru" includes 6 special projects:

Additionally, 4 main programs are being implemented: Atameken, Turbiye zhene bilim, Rukhani Kazyna and Akparat tolkiny.
