The training program 7M04105 (06) - “Management” is designed for training personnel for the system of higher, postgraduate education and the research sector, which have profound research and pedagogical training and formation of knowledge and skills for conducting research work on analysis and management at enterprises.

The goal of the training program 7M04105 (06) - “Management” is training of specialists with broad fundamental knowledge, initiative, adaptive to changing labor market requirements and modern technologies, effectively mastering HR management, able to analyze, evaluate events and processes, mastering the basic methods of quantitative analysis and modeling, theoretical and experimental research, able to select teaching methods in the field of strategic management, planning, anti-crises and management analysis.

The relevance of the training program 7M04105 (06) - “Management” is to implement a new approach to the formation of key competencies and learning outcomes needed by a graduate in the field of economic sciences.
The training program is developed on the basis of the competency-based model of specialist training, which meets the needs of the labor market and the requirements of employers.
