The purpose of the conversation: Prevention and health education of students about socially dangerous diseases like AIDS. The actual problem of modern society is the formation of a healthy lifestyle.
During the conversation, the lecturer said that AIDS is the final stage of HIV infection. AIDS was first described by the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in 1981, and its causative agent, the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), was described in the early 1980s. Day 1 December is World AIDS Day, proclaimed by WHO in 1988.
