Projects in the field of capacity development are projects of inter-institutional cooperation of universities of The Program countries and partner Countries aimed at modernization, expansion of accessibility and development of internationalization of higher education in the Partner Countries, creation of a platform for the development and strengthening of cooperation between the EU and partner Countries, promotion of intercultural and interpersonal exchange. These projects are based on multilateral partnership between universities of The Program countries and universities of more than 150 partner Countries and are aimed at the development and modernization of curricula and programs, joint teaching methods, improving management and management of universities, strengthening the relationship between universities and production.
The National Scholarship Program of the Slovak Republic supports mobility of international students, PhD students, university teachers, researchers and artists for scholarship stays at higher education institutions and research organisations in Slovakia. It supports two-way mobility - international fellows in Slovakia as well as Slovak fellows abroad. The program offers scholarships to cover living expenses during the stay and travel expenses (all categories in the case of Slovak fellows, undergraduate and graduate students in the case of international fellows).

In the period from 2016-2018, Miras University administered the program "Micro scholarship for the study of English", sponsored by the U.S. Embassy, for 20 students aged 14 to 19 years. The program was aimed at improving the level of English language proficiency, familiarization with the values of American culture, improving the leadership qualities of students. Within the framework of the program, in addition to classes, events and projects were organized, including the international conference "Model UN», student international scientific and practical conference for future teachers of English KazTEA PST 2018, where children participated as guides and presented their presentations in TEDx format and poster exhibition, puppet theater in English, meetings with experts in different fields - native English speakers.

Today, the Fulbright program is one of the most recognized and prestigious programs in the world. Hundreds of graduates of this program around the world occupy high positions in politics, education, journalism and the private sector. Thirty-nine Fulbright alumni from eleven countries are Nobel laureates (including Mohamed Yunus and Milton Friedman). Eighteen graduates of the program were either heads of government or held senior government positions (including former Brazilian President Cardoso and former Swedish Prime Minister Karlsson). A graduate of the Fulbright program Boutros Boutros-Ghali served as Secretary General of the UN.
The aim of the project "international school of public diplomacy of the CIS countries" is also to promote, strengthen and structure the initiative "Club of public diplomats" (CODE). The aim of the "Club of public diplomats" is to unite the efforts of qualified representatives of the sphere of public diplomacy, to consolidate its activities. The task of the "Club of public diplomats" is to train specialists interested in improving their competencies in matters of "public diplomacy", which will strengthen cooperation between the CIS member States and provide new opportunities for the development of inter-state relations, developing their skills in the field of discussion workshops, development of projects and worldview concepts.
